- All our prices are nett. Delivery charges are excluded.
- Delivery can be done by normal mailing, registered mailing or local courier service.
- We accept POSB/DBS Bank Fund Transfer.
- We will refund the amount paid if the orders are cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
- We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
- STRICTLY NO exchange/refunds for ALL ITEMS.
- We will send an email acknowledgement to the customer within 1-2 days upon successful payment. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
- Before sending out any item, we always check thoroughly to make sure it is in good condition. Therefore, any damage will be postal damage. We are not responsible for any damage during normal or registered postage.
- Fragile items will be bubble wrapped (eg glass bottles, etc).
- Important that users do a skin test before use of the products to ensure they are not allegeric to any of the products.
